New Hobby Stock Tire Rule

Chad Chadwick announced today that for the 2023 season at Antioch Speedway Hobby Stocks will be allowed to use grooved and siped tires, the same tires used by the IMCA Mod's, Sport Mod's and Stock Cars, (G60's). This has been a request from a number of Hobby drivers for a a few years. The grooved and sipped tires were allowed to be run at last years Pacific Coast Hobby Stock Nationals, this will be a benefit for both the Hobby Stocks and the modified divisions, allowing the Modified teams to sell their used tires to the Hobby Stocks saving both divisions money.
