Craig Stidham Interview/ Antioch Highlights/ 2001 Trophy Cup & more

“KWS Tonight” will present a great show this week featuring an interview with Fresno, California’s Craig Stidham, who is coming off his first career King of the West 410 Series victory this past Saturday in Antioch.

To view the show log onto http://www.kwssprints.com starting at 7pm pst on Thursday. It will then replay on the homepage to watch at your leisurely pleasure over the next week. With no racing for the series this weekend “KWS Tonight” will help fill that void so be sure to tune in.

Stidham last weekend captured a wild main event at the Antioch Speedway and we’ll get his thoughts on becoming a 410 Sprint Car winner for the first time in his career. The Central Valley veteran currently ranks ninth in the KWS standings, during what is his first year back in a 410 full-time since 2004.

The KWS Production Unit will also showcase some great highlights from the night in Antioch, which was the 15th round of the 2012 King of the West season. You definitely don’t want to miss the show this week, as the action was intense and we’ll give you a glimpse at it all on “KWS Tonight.”

In honor of having Craig Stidham on the show this week the “Kaeding Performance Flashback” will highlight the 2001 Trophy Cup at Kings Speedway. The very exciting two-night show saw Stidham claim the stunning victory over what was a talent laden field of sprint cars. We’ll also have him share his memories of the event.

We’ll also breakdown some of the exciting point battles that continue to be shaken up in the King of the West standings. With just a couple races left the intensity level is sure to be kicked up a notch when the tour gets to Silver Dollar Speedway for its next show on Saturday August 18.

We’ll also continue giving everyone an in depth look at the Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, which will be hosting our three-day championship banquet weekend on November 9, 10 and 11. You can get your banquet reservations in now by contacting (707) 374-2222. To reserve hotel rooms for the weekend contact Jackson Rancheria at (800) 822-9466.
